Open the app and use the chatbox available inside the app to start a live chat with our support team.


2. Email us

Go to the app’s Settings section and tap “Email Us” to send a message directly to our Customer Support team.

To ensure we can provide the best and fastest support possible, please include detailed information about the issue you're experiencing when you contact us. This helps us quickly understand the problem and offer the right solution.

Here’s what you can include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Any error messages you’re seeing

  • A screenshot or screen recording showing the issue

  • Your device model, iOS version, and app version (if known)

Providing these details, along with keeping the footer information (app subject, device ID, IMEI, or unique app ID) intact, allows us to resolve your issue more efficiently.
