1. How can I change the voice and spoken language of the bot?
   Please go to Settings by tapping on the ⚙️ located at the top-right corner, then tap on Voice and select your favorite accent.
   
   

2. How can I upload a PDF file?
   On the home screen, at the New Features you can swipe left to get PDF Master.

3. How can I view history and delete conversation?
   Please go to history by tapping the clock icon, then tap the pen icon located in the right corner to select multiple conversations you want to delete.

4. Why I get 3 hours limit on image generator?
   The Visualization feature (text to image) is in the Beta period, so all users are affected by the three-hour limit. It is impossible to remove that limit by any means.

   Our creative development team has been updating new versions which have bugs fixed and new features. Please stay tuned and keep updating the app for the latest amazing features!
   

5. Why I cannot create a image?

   You already asked our bot to 'create an image' or 'draw a picture,' but it only returned text. Please make sure the Visualization feature is turned on in Settings.

   

6. How can I hide / show suggestion below conversation?
   Please go to Settings by tapping on the ⚙️ located at the top-right corner, then tap on Chat Suggestion to turn on/off this feature 

7. How can I turn on/off vibration mode?
   Please go to Settings by tapping on the ⚙️ located at the top-right corner, then tap on Haptic Feedback to turn on/off this feature 

   
   
   

8. How can I use Chat Smith keyboard?

   Go to Settings > tap on "Chat Smith Keyboard" > Turn it on and switch to the Chat Smith Keyboard.

   Important note: Please make sure the Keyboard button is turned on in the navigation bar. This will help you easily switch between the Chat Smith keyboard and your default keyboard.
   

9. How to scan?
   Please tap on the scan icon in the text box or the plus icon to show more options. Make sure you allow our app access to your camera permission to use this feature
   
   

10. How to use Tap-and-hold menu?    

    Tap and hold on a message you want to configure to open the action menu. From there, you can:

    • Regenerate: Not happy with the result? Tap this to get a new response.

    • Copy: Save the entire message to your clipboard.

    • Select Text: Choose and copy only the part of the message you need.

    • Share: Share the message either as an image or as text.

    • Delete: Remove the message from the chat history.
      
      

11. How to increase the font size ?

    Our app does not support this feature. However, you can adjust your phone’s font size by going to:

    On Android: Phone Settings > Display > Font size and style
    On iOS: Phone Settings > Display & Brightness > Text size 

    From there, you can increase or decrease the text size to your preference.

12. How to switch model of AI chat?

    When you tap on the chatbot to start a conversation, you’ll see an option to change the AI model. Just tap the dropdown arrow at the top (next to the model name), select your preferred model, and hit Save.

    
    

    Note: Some models use short-term memory only and may still rely on knowledge from 2024. For up-to-date or real-time information, consider choosing a model that supports it.

13. How to use hand-free voice chat?

    You could use the Voice chat function to make a quick conversation like Apple's Siri or Amazon's Alexa by tapping on the Microphone icon, please note that when you break the speech your question will be sent immediately, hence, if you have a long or more detail question please use our chat tab and assistant tab.

     

14. Why I cannot input more text?
    The high word limit provided includes 2000 characters for a query in both the Assistant and Chat tabs. While free users may only enter 100 and 1000 characters in the Assistant and Chat tabs, respectively. We will enhance it in the future.
