For subscriptions on the iOS platform, we do not have the authority to process cancellations or issue refunds directly. You will need to contact Apple for assistance with your subscription cancellation.
Here is how to cancel your subscription on iPhone
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your Apple ID.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Notice: You may need to scroll down to locate the Cancel Subscription button. If you do not see a Cancel button or encounter an expiration message in red, your subscription has already been canceled.
Here is how to request a refund on iPhone
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Tap or click "I'd like to..." then choose "Request a refund"
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
- Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.
After you submit your request, you can check the status of your refund request. If your request is approved by Apple, it might take additional time for the funds to return to your payment method.
