When using our app, you are not required to log in with an account and password, but you can access Premium features on multiple phones by signing in to the App Store with the same Apple ID used to purchase the app. Please note that Premium accounts cannot be switched between iOS and Android.
If you're unsure which Apple ID you used to subscribe to our app, you can check your email for the invoice or receipt. When you subscribe to a service or make a purchase through the app, Apple sends you an invoice or receipt via email. To find this information, please follow the steps below:
- Search your email for the words "receipt from Apple" or "invoice from Apple".
- The receipt/invoice from Apple would include your Apple ID, purchase date, order ID, and the total price.
