Cancel/stop a subscription and request a refund

Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription or cancel any charge
For subscriptions, cancelation, and refund requests are required.

For a Lifetime purchase, only a refund request is required.


In order to cancel the subscription and request a refund, please contact either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Here is how:

On Android:

Additional information:
1. Subscription and Lifetime packages separately proceed and do not affect/depend on each other.
2. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless you cancel them at least 24 hours before their expiration time.
3. Lifetime package is an in-app product, not a subscription. Therefore, it will not appear in the Subscription menu.
