How do I connect the app to the Smart TV?

If your Smart TV is just turned on, it may take up to 2 minutes to connect wirelessly. Ensure your physical remote is working properly to allow the connection.


Using your WiFi network connection to create a secure communication channel, our application connects your device to your Smart TV seamlessly.


Case 1. Can't find your TV:


1.1. Ensure that your TV and mobile phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and that your network connection is stable.

1.2. Check if the Local Network Permission for this app is turned on in your phone's settings

1.3. Restart the TV and the app by turning off your TV and reopening the app on your phone.

1.4. If the issue persists, try clearing all externally connected devices on your TV. 

  • For LG TVs, go to All Settings > Network > LG Connect Apps > Disconnect All Connections > Yes. 
  • For Samsung TVs, go to Settings > General > External Device Manager > Device Connection Manager > Select all and delete.


Case 2. Found your TV but cannot connect:


2.1. Refactor your TV to initial installation by

  • For Samsung TVs, go to Settings > General > Reset
  • For LG TVs, go to Settings > All Settings > General > Reset to Initial Settings

2.2. Turn off your TV, then turn it on and try to connect again.

2.3. When connecting to your TV for the first time, the app will try to get your TV permission to control and cast media. Make sure to allow this by 

  • For Samsung TVsuse the physical remote and tap the OK button every time the pop-up window appears on the top-right corner of your TV. If you want to do this process just one time: go to your TV's Settings > General > External Device Manager > Device Connection Manager > Access Notification > First Time Only 
  • For LG TVs, a Code will be shown on your TV, then type it in your phone when being asked.
