If you're having trouble with your Roku device (Roku TV, Roku stick, streaming stick, etc.), try these steps:
1. Make sure you have your physical/original remote to turn on and finish setting up your Roku.

2. Check that your phone and Roku are on the same Wi-Fi network. Turn off your 4G/mobile network
3. Turn off VPN if you're using it.
4. Test the network on your TV by going to Roku>>Settings>>Network>>Test.
5. Restart your Roku by turning it off, unplugging it for 10 seconds, and then plugging it back in.
6. Keep your app updated. If problems persist, send us screenshots or videos for support (Email Us/Contact Us section).
