If you are using a Roku streaming stick, we are sorry that Roku does not support our app to control the volume. Only Roku built-in TV has the permission to let other apps control the volume, based on Roku policy. If you are using Roku TV, please answer all the questions below and respond to us as soon as possible at support@vulcanlabs.co We will have a look and investigate the issue as quickly as we can:
- What kinds of Roku devices are you using now? (Roku TV or Roku streaming stick)
- Have you ever controlled the volume up and down with our app successfully?
- Do other functions work well? Can you press any button?
- Do you have the original remote to finish the setup for the connection of the TV?
