To get in touch with our customer support team, you have two options:
1. Email channel:
- Open the app > tap "Settings" > Select "Contact Us/Email Us" and compose an email. Your device information will be automatically attached.
- Alternatively, you can submit a new support ticket using https://vulcanlabs.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions
2. Live Chat channel within the app
Please note that we do not support phone calls at the moment.
