To connect your Roku TV with our app, kindly follow the instructions outlined below:
1. Make sure that you have your own physical/original remote to turn on and finish setting up your Roku TV. In case you don’t know how to set up and connect your Roku device to the Wi-Fi network, please watch this video:
2. Please check and turn off your 4G/ mobile network when using the app to make sure that your Roku TV and your phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network;
3. Are you using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), such as NordVPN, Hotspot Shield, Turbo VPN, Proton VPN, TunnelBear,..? If so, please turn off your VPN when using the app.
4. If the problem still happens, please do the troubleshooting and restart your Roku by these steps:
- Turn off your Roku device;
- Unplug the Roku device from your TV for at least 10 seconds and then plug it in again;
- Turn on the Roku device, check the connection again, and try to find out if it works;
5. Please check the version of your current app and keep updating to the newest version for better experiences.
In case this does not help, please send us some screenshots/videos (showing the notifications on your phone and TV) of the issues so that we can investigate the problem and support you more easily.
