Why am I being charged twice?

If you notice two charges for the same app or subscription, there could be several reasons:

1. You Subscribed to Two Different Plans

Our app offers auto-renewal subscription options (weekly, monthly, yearly). Upgrading to a higher plan won't automatically cancel your current subscription, which may result in being charged for both. To avoid double charges, cancel your current subscription first before upgrading. Manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone’s Settings > Your Apple ID > Subscriptions.

2. You Have More Than One Apple ID

You might have subscribed using two different Apple IDs on the same or different devices. Each Apple ID manages its own subscriptions and billing separately.

Check: Go to Settings > Your Apple ID > Subscriptions on each device to see if you're subscribed under multiple accounts.

3. Family Members Subscribed Separately

If you’re using Family Sharing, another family member may have also subscribed to the same app independently, resulting in duplicate charges.

4. You Were Charged After a Trial and a New Subscription

If you used a free trial, forgot to cancel, and then started a new subscription with another account or plan, you may have been charged for both.
