We understand this can be confusing! Here are the most common reasons why you might still see charges, even if you didn’t mean to continue your subscription:
1. You only uninstalled the app
Uninstalling the app doesn’t cancel your subscription.
Your subscription is managed by Google Play, not directly through the app.
So even if the app is deleted, the billing will continue unless you cancel the subscription in your Google account.
To cancel:
Go to Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Select the app → Tap Cancel subscription
2. You didn’t cancel in time
Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default.
If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle, you may still be charged for the next period.
Google processes renewals early to avoid service interruption — that’s why timing matters.
3. You paused the subscription (not canceled it)
If you paused your subscription instead of canceling, it may resume automatically after the pause period ends.
This could explain unexpected charges.
Double-check your subscription status in Google Play to make sure it’s fully canceled.
If you need help checking your subscription or requesting a refund, let us know — we’re happy to support you!
