I’ve locked my card, why am i still being charged?

Even if you lock your card or uninstall the app, your subscription is still active unless you cancel it directly in Google Play.


Google may still process the payment using a backup payment method you’ve saved to your account — this happens automatically.


To stop future charges, please make sure you cancel the subscription from your Google Play account:

Go to Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Select the app → Tap Cancel subscription
