If you don't remember your Roku PIN, follow the steps below to update:
1. Go to my.roku.com on your desktop or mobile browser. Sign in to your account if prompted.
2. In PIN Preferences, select the "Update" button to open the PIN settings menu.
3. Enter four digits to create a new PIN or update your current PIN.
4. Select your PIN usage preferences from the options provided. You can also choose to disable the PIN feature.
5. Select "Save Changes" to save your PIN and preferences.
