The following file formats are supported for importing from the Cloud in the app:
1. Dropbox: PDF (.pdf)
2. iCloud: PDF (.pdf)
3. Drive: PDF (.pdf), Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx)
Please ensure that you import the appropriate file format and try again with a stable internet connection. In some cases, importing large files may result in failure. To avoid errors, we recommend that you break down the text into smaller files.
