FAQ about Subscriptions, Lifetime Plans, and Purchases

1. What are the differences between subscriptions and Lifetime plans?
2. Why are there similar subscription plans in the Subscriptions menu?

3. Where can I find my purchase?

If your own inquiries match one of the above questions, please read the below:


[1] There are two types of purchases: subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) and in-app product (Lifetime package).
Subscriptions and Lifetime provide full access to Premium, but subscriptions only last for a set time, while Lifetime is forever. The subscription will be automatically renewed after the due time while Lifetime requires a one-time payment.
[2] The prices on the Manage Subscription screen are only for testing and may not apply to your specific case. Accurate prices will be shown in the app before you purchase (in-app purchase). 
Lifetime plan is not a subscription, but rather an in-app product. Therefore, it won't be displayed in the Manage Subscription menu.


[3] If you have purchased a subscription, we suggest checking your subscription details:

If you have purchased the Lifetime, the app will display the word “Purchased” next to the Lifetime package.

On iOS:
  • For subscription, go to Settings of your phoneand thenApple IDand thenSubscriptions.
  • For the Lifetime package, go to Settings of the appand thenStore


On Android:

  • For subscription, open the Google Play appand thenAt the top right, tap the profile iconand thenTap Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions.
  • For the Lifetime package, go to Settings of the appand thenStore
