Still ads and being asked for buying when already purchased

Many reasons could prevent the app from activating your Premium access after a long time or when you change devices. Kindly follow these steps (in order) to help this issue be fixed: 

1. During all the troubleshooting, make sure that you sign in to the Google Play Store/App Store ONLY with the registered email (used to buy the app) to get the app to recognize your Premium. 

2. Ensure that your Internet network is stable to connect smoothly to the Google system. 

3. Please try to uninstall the app, restart the phone, and install it again to see if it works.

4. For Android system, if the issue still persists, try to Clear the Cache of the Google Play Store app by Open the Settings application on your device -> Head Over to the App Menu -> Choose Installed Apps -> Find the Google Play Store app -> Move to the Storage Tab -> Hit Clear Storage/Clear App Data; After all these steps, please restart the phone and open the app again.
